Aumento means "growth" in Italian and Portuguese. It's not just a name — it's the promise we make to every client and every person who works with us. Built in India. Wired for Australia.

How we got here

From a small team to 400+ specialists

We started as StarVice — a lean, ambitious outbound sales operation with a clear focus on the Australian market. In 2017, as the team grew and the vision sharpened, we rebranded to Aumento. The name felt right. It means growth in both Italian and Portuguese, and it captured exactly what we were building — for clients and for our people.

From our headquarters in Noida, we built deep expertise in Australian energy sales first — learning the regulators, the retailers, the products, and the customers. We refined playbooks that worked, trained people who stayed, and earned the trust of clients who came back with more work.

In 2020 we expanded into health insurance — a more complex, compliance-heavy vertical that forced us to raise every operational standard we had. We did. And in doing so, we became the go-to partner for Australian health funds looking for offshore sales capability they could actually trust.

In 2024, we opened our Kolkata office, tapping into one of India's strongest English-speaking talent markets, and established our Melbourne liaison office to put Australian-based leadership directly in front of clients. Today we are 400+ specialists across three offices, three industry verticals, and one shared purpose: growth.

2017

Rebranded from StarVice to Aumento

Doubled down on the Australian market with a sharper identity and expanded team. Aumento — growth in Italian and Portuguese — became the name and the mission.

2020

Expanded to Health Insurance

Launched our dedicated health insurance vertical, bringing PHI Act compliance expertise to Australian health funds and building a new division from the ground up.

2022

Reached 200+ team members

Crossed the 200 headcount milestone as client demand across energy, health, and solar grew. Invested heavily in training infrastructure and QA systems to support scale.

2024

Opened Kolkata and Melbourne offices

Expanded our Indian footprint to Kolkata and established a Melbourne liaison office to serve clients with Australian-based account management and compliance oversight.

Today
