You'll undergo in-depth training on PHI Act compliance, hospital and extras cover, and the Australian health insurance landscape before going live. Strong communicators who can explain complex products simply are ideal.

You'll provide structured feedback to agents and team leaders, flag compliance risks, and contribute to calibration sessions. Experience in BPO QA or Australian compliance frameworks is a significant advantage.
Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programmes for sales agents and back office teams. You'll work closely with the compliance and operations teams to develop product knowledge curricula, communication skills modules, and compliance certification pathways. Prior BPO training experience and strong facilitation skills are required.
